1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase, if the license has not been activated
  • Within 24 hours after activation, if the license has already been used

Refund requests submitted outside of these conditions may not be eligible.

2. How to Request a Refund

Your request must include:

  • License key (required)
  • Reason for refund (optional)

Requests without a valid license key may not be processed.

3. Refund Processing

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including repeated refund requests or misuse of licenses.
