LeanApps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software products included in the LeanApps bundle for personal or commercial use.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Redistribute or resell the software
• Use the software for unlawful purposes

When you purchase LeanApps, you receive a license key that allows you to activate the software.

Unless stated otherwise:

• A license is valid for the number of devices specified at purchase
• License keys may not be shared publicly
• Abuse of licensing may result in license revocation

Your purchase may include updates and improvements. We may release updates at our discretion.

We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely.

All payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com.

Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, and compliance. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms and policies.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the software will:

• Always be available
• Be error-free
• Meet all user expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeanApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the software.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend licenses that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
